The Maryland AI Dynamic Pricing Act is Maryland legislation prohibiting food retailers and delivery services from using artificial intelligence and personal data to set individualized prices.

Governor Wes Moore signed the measure, HB 895, on April 28, 2026. It is described as the first U.S. state law prohibiting rapid grocery price changes based on consumer data.
