NDAA AI Provisions refers to artificial intelligence-specific provisions that recur annually in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). AI-specific provisions in the NDAA have grown significantly in scope and number since the Advancing American AI Act was included in the FY2023 NDAA.
