Two copyright suits against Suno voluntarily dismissed
Digital Music News reported that Poseidon Wave Media, litigating on behalf of The American Dollar, voluntarily dismissed its copyright action against Suno with prejudice, preventing refiling of that action.[1] Jamendo voluntarily dismissed its separate Suno action without prejudice.[1]
The dismissal notices did not state a reason, and Digital Music News reported that The American Dollar, Jamendo, Winamp, and Suno had not responded to requests for comment before publication.[1]
Fourth lawsuit alleges Grok generated abusive images of a minor
