Fourth lawsuit alleges Grok generated abusive images of a minor

Potts Law Firm announced that it filed a fourth civil lawsuit against xAI on behalf of a 16-year-old identified as John Doe, alleging that photographs of him were transformed by Grok into child sexual abuse material.[2] The action, John Doe, by and through his Legal Guardian Parent, Jane Roe 4 v. x.AI Corp., x.AI, LLC, and X Corp., No. 5:26-cv-5204, was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas and seeks damages and other relief.[2]

Earlier local reporting on the first Arkansas family’s action said a Bentonville photographer had been arrested and accused of using Grok to generate abusive images from photographs of juvenile clients; KATV reported that a police affidavit described about 1,700 images and videos on his phone.[3]
