Potts Law Firm announced that it filed a fourth civil lawsuit against xAI on behalf of a 16-year-old identified as John Doe, alleging that photographs of him were transformed by Grok into child sexual abuse material.<ref name="potts" /> The action, ''John Doe, by and through his Legal Guardian Parent, Jane Roe 4 v. x.AI Corp., x.AI, LLC, and X Corp.'', No. 5:26-cv-5204, was filed in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Arkansas and seeks damages and other relief.<ref name="potts" />
