SEIU Shareholder Derivative Suit Against Adobe Executives
editThe SEIU Pension Plan Master Trust filed a shareholder derivative action against Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen and other executives, alleging breach of fiduciary duty for training Adobe AI models on copyrighted works.[1] This is the first shareholder derivative suit based on AI training practices.
